Maxine will help suggest suitable venues, services and arrangements, liaising with local suppliers and venues to secure availability and options.
3. Booking & Coordination
Once plans are agreed, Maxine handles the bookings and coordination — communicating with venues and suppliers in Spain and keeping everything organised for you while you focus on your day-to-day life.
4. Payment
You’ll receive a clear quote for your chosen services. Payments are made securely through our website using a credit or debit card.
Depending on the service, we may request:
Full payment
A deposit with the remaining balance due at a later date
